Cancellations
All sessions are considered confirmed and billable within 24 hours of the session start time. Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the client will be billed for half the time booked, with a minimum of 4 hours billed. “No show” sessions will be billed for full time booked.
Payment for studio time
Clients are required to pay the cost of the studio time upfront. Any Client working more than their scheduled hours will be allowed to pay the remaining balance at the end of their scheduled session. Please note that all Pro tools project files, discs, audio CDs and hard drives will remain with JL Music Studios premises until the balance of the invoice has been paid.
